1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across most parts of India after dispatch. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free shipping across India on all orders.

3. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.

4. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available on select pin codes only. Availability is shown at checkout.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 3 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video.

7. Is unboxing video really required for returns?
Yes. A clear unboxing video from the start is mandatory to approve any return or exchange request.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days after approval.

9. Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong product was delivered, subject to stock availability.
