Cancellation Policy

At Neonexs, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at info.neonexs@gmail.com

  • Or contact us via WhatsApp / phone: +91 93529 30948

  • Share your order number clearly

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Refund timeline:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • The amount reflects in the original payment method based on bank processing time

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch:

  • Please accept the delivery

  • Raise a request as per our Refund & Return Policy

All such cases are handled strictly under the return eligibility rules.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

  • COD orders require confirmation before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Repeated COD cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for future orders

Neonexs reserves the right to restrict COD access to prevent misuse.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Banks or payment providers may take 3–7 working days to reflect the amount

Neonexs is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in certain situations, including:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious

  • Operational or logistical issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
